Eventide ships Worldwide.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If they are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, they will contact you via email or telephone.
If you received your order damaged, please contact store@eventide.com, and they will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
They accept returns within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Hardware products come with a 1-year warranty. Contact support@eventide.com if you require repair.
