Help! I missed my delivery. What should I do?
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will attempt to re-deliver the package. If you are not able to receive the parcel by the second delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to the carrier depot. If you don’t collect it or arrange re-delivery within the stipulated time frame, the parcel will be sent back to the Levi’s Malaysia Ecomm warehouse. They will process your refund within 10 -14 business days after receiving your return. During the holiday & festive season, returns may take up more than 14 business days to process due to higher than normal volumes. Refunds will be issued through the original form of payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Due to their efforts to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Kindly ensure you have checked and validated all order information before you proceed with payment.

How do I receive refunds?

* Please be informed that their Customer Care Center may contact you further for additional information prior to processing a refund. In such event, your refund may take longer than 14 business days if there is a delay in receiving your reply.
