What is your online return(s) policy?
Returns are accepted if returned within 30 days of receipt. Only items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition can be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any accompanying tags must be intact and in original packaging.
How do I return/exchange my order?
- Returns In-store: You can return your order for free in-store!
- Returning an order by post: To return a purchase made through the website, mobile or app, you can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier to their returns centre. They recommend you use one who can give you a “Certificate of Posting” as until the parcel reaches them, it’s your responsibility.

Alternatively, you may also choose to walk into any JD Sports store nationwide to return the goods. Note that online exchanges are temporarily unavailable.
How long will it take to get my refund?
- Website, Mobile or App order: It can take between 7-14 working days for your refund to be reflected in your bank account.
- In-store Kiosk order: It can take between 7-14 working days for your refund to be reflected in your bank account.
I have a faulty/damaged item(s). What should I do?
If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact their Customer Care team, who will discuss your return options. They will then send the item to their inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then depending on the results offer a refund. Alternatively, you can take your despatch note and the faulty or damaged goods to one of their JD stores. The team will be happy to assist and send your item off to their distribution centre who will do an inspection, then depending on the results offer a refund.
Will you refund my delivery charges?
If the item that you returned has been certified damaged or faulty or isn’t what you ordered upon receiving, you will receive a full refund. The delivery charge is not refundable if the return is due to change of mind, unsuitable or no reason.
