An RMA number is required to process all returns to valege.com. This number helps them keep track of your return and ensures that your return is processed as quickly as possible. Once you have contacted customer service and obtained an RMA number, please include this number outside the package when you return the item(s) to valet.com.
By choosing refund, and if your return complies with their terms and conditions, you will be refunded using the payment method used for the order within 15 working days after your receipt and validation of your return.
