How does it work?

You earn 1 H-Points for every RM1 you spend on Hermo or by completing simple tasks and challenges found on the ‘Earn More H-Points’ section. Your H-Points may be used to redeem cool deals and discounts as listed on Hermo’s ‘Rewards’ page or redeemable towards your future purchases in Hermo.

Here are some different types of rewards you can choose from:

• Partner Rewards: Redeem exciting deals on shopping, entertainment and more.

• Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way. Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
• Any item(s) purchased from Hermo Global, Clearance Sales, or promotional campaign (e.g. AnniversarySale, X'MAS sale, or Double Day, subject to campaign T&C) are not eligible for return and exchange. Any shipping costs associated with the return of the item(s) will NOT be covered by Hermo.
• The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the returned item until it reaches us. Hermo will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product prior to Hermo receiving it.
• The customer is advised to pack the returned item securely to avoid any damages to the item, shipping box, or its original packaging. For refunds, you will be credited with the full value of the voucher, excluding the shipping fee and voucher used.
