All orders are dispatched and delivered by DHL courier service, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Multiple address delivery

The Body Shop is currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If customers would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

Delivery policy

The Body Shop® Malaysia can only send orders to street addresses in Malaysia. They do not deliver to a PO Box address. They are unable to ship to any International address.

At the time of delivery, customers may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing off with the delivery personnel. Customers agree to inspect the product/products for any obvious faults, defects or damage before they sign for received products.

The Body Shop deliver all orders using their standard packaging materials. Any special packaging requested by customers is subject to additional charges.

Note: Purchases made after 2:00 pm each day would be considered as next day purchases for courier purposes.

Exchanges

• If customers are not fully satisfied with their online purchase, The Body Shop are more than happy to exchange the product within 14 days of delivery provided that it is still unused and unopened.

Damaged or incorrect items
