Event organizers tend to release tickets in the weeks leading up to an event, sometimes even just a few days beforehand. As soon as your tickets have been sent, they will notify you via email. Rest assured that you are covered by their guarantee.

BarcodeChecker is software to scan and check barcode tickets for your event. Scan the tickets with simple PCs or laptops with barcode scanners or webcams, Android smartphones, or iPhones. The admission tickets are scanned at the door and their barcodes are checked for validity.

Viagogo charges a booking fee on top of the ticket price. This fee is displayed in the check-out process and covers the cost of maintaining the platform, guaranteeing tickets, and providing customer service. Please note that booking fee amounts may vary by event and are subject to VAT.

It's not possible to cancel or exchange tickets once a purchase has been made as orders are considered final. If you cannot use the tickets you purchased and there is still time before the event date, they advise you to re-list them by clicking on the "Sell" link on the event that you have tickets.
