If an item is found not to be faulty, the delivery cost will not be refunded. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed (this includes changing the size or colour of an item, removing an item, changing the delivery address, or any payment method), but don’t worry, you can return anything you buy easily. Simply sign in to your account and follow the return process there. Once they have received the items back, they will process a refund in the form of store credit for you.
