How can I track the parcel?
ezbuy will provide the tracking number and related website to you in “My Orders” > “To Receive” after shipped out the parcel from their warehouse, you can then track the shipping status of your parcel using this information.
Can I change or cancel my order(s)?
Once your order status has changed to “Processing”, you would not be able to change/cancel orders. Please note that the cancellation of unpaid payments would not revert the items back to your shopping cart as well.
Should there be a modification/cancellation required after the item has been dispatched, you would have to bear the 2-way domestic shipping fees for return and an admin charge per order.
Can I get a refund from the seller if the product has a quality issue?
It depends, not all sellers will offer to refund. Common solutions provided by sellers are partial refunds or return the product for a full refund, repairing, one to one exchange, etc. They can help you negotiate with the sellers for possible solutions after receiving your feedback on the issue with supporting pictures and descriptions. You may also bear the shipping cost incur during the process.
How can I return the wrong items to you?
All returns must be liaised with the after-sale team via email ([email protected]
) or enquires first, upon agreement, it can be returned in original condition to ezbuy warehouse. Please note that items returned to them without email/enquiry approval will not be refunded.
