How do I place an order online?
Browse through The White Company products to find what you want by using the menu along the top of the screen. If you know exactly what you want, use the search function at the top right of the screen to quickly locate your item. Choose the color (if applicable) and a number of items you want and click on the “Add to Bag” button. You can then go on shopping until you are ready to pay. If you wish to view the products in your shopping bag while you are shopping, click on “My Bag” at the top right-hand side of the page. When you have chosen all of your items, click on the “Checkout” button and follow the very simple instructions on screen through our secure checkout process.
How do I cancel an order?
The White Company do try to process all their orders as soon as possible after they have been placed so that you receive them quickly. They are sorry that in most circumstances it is not possible to cancel your order once you’ve placed it. If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items and If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, and you would like to return any items from your order, please follow our Returns Procedure.
You may return items by post, or you can return them to one of our stores.
There are some products that you cannot cancel and obtain a refund or exchange. Please see our Returns page for further details.
How do I choose a different delivery address?
All you need to do is sign in to the Account area of their website, go to the Address Book and add the address. Once you have saved the new address this will always be available to choose when you go through the checkout process.
Can I ordered through your stores?
If the item you require is not available in-store, their advisors can place an order for you in-store and have it delivered to your home. The White Company accepts Master Card, Maestro, Visa, Amex, Discover, and PayPal.
How much does it cost to return?
All returns are free; they take care of the cost of returning an item to them. They will also refund your sales tax for the item you are returning. You can send items back to them using their easy-to-follow Online Returns Form.
What if an item is faulty?
They are always disappointed to hear of rare occasions when their customers receive a faulty item
*If you have identified a fault within 60 days of purchase, you can return your items under our normal returns procedure. Please phone their Customer Services Team if you require a replacement item.
*If you identify a fault after 60 days, contact customer services at 1 866 846 8333 (Monday-Sunday 7 am to 11 pm Eastern Time), or by email at [email protected] before you return the item so they can discuss the fault with you and agree the best way forward
