USA: They offer free outbound shipping for all fuel pump orders over $60. Smaller items shipped via USPS First Class could take 4-6 days for delivery. The expedited FedEx option is available at checkout. Saturday delivery is an extra charge for FedEx, and not offered to all addresses. USPS delivers on Saturdays nationwide at no additional cost.

International Shipping: They ship to all countries via FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout. To ship via DHL or to send them a shipping label through another carrier, please email support@highflowfuel.com or call 1-818-574-FUEL (3835).

All brand products are backed by a lifetime warranty. Their products that fail at any time will be replaced under warranty if it is determined that the failure was due to a defect in workmanship or material. Some exclusions may apply, see product pages for specific warranty information.

This warranty only applies to the original customer and is non-transferable. Improper use or installation of the product voids this warranty, and Quantum Fuel Systems is not responsible for incidental costs resulting from the failure of the product.

In the unlikely event that you should need to request a warranty, please fill out their Warranty Request Form. All requests will be reviewed within 24 business hours. You will receive tracking information via email when your warranty replacement is shipped. If there is an issue with your request, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you. Please note, that in some cases, customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of their warranty replacement.

Due to their same-day shipping policy, products that are in stock tend to ship out soon after they are ordered. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, it is your responsibility to contact them ASAP at 1-818-574-FUEL (3835). Please call them directly - do not use email for cancellation requests. Cancellation is not always possible as they ship same day.

If you are not satisfied with your order, they offer returns and refunds up to 30 days after the purchase date. All returns are subject to a percentage-based restocking fee.

To start a return, please log into your account on their website. Under the orders tab, you will see an option to return items on the right-hand side of the screen. Click to proceed and follow the instructions on the screen. If you do not have an account, you may contact them at support@highflowfuel.com with your order number to start your return.

For exchanges, please contact support with your request.

Because of misuse or abuse of their policies, they reserve the right to refuse a return request for any reason. If your return is approved, they will email you with return instructions. Returns are generally processed within 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund credits to be processed. Unfortunately, Quantum Fuel Systems is not responsible for repair costs, towing costs, or storage costs related to a failed part.
