You cannot cancel a domain, because it will be registered with a registry once you order. They pass on the fees to the registry, making a cancellation impossible. Of course, you can opt to delete the domain at any time, but do note that they are unable to refund any money spent up until this point. It isn't possible to refund a domain, as it's registered at an external registrar right after the initial payment. All dues are transferred to the registrar, which makes a refund impossible.

However, they can delete a domain even before it expires if you, for any reason don't want the domain anymore. Please be aware that they can't refund any costs if you choose to delete a domain. To request an early removal of a domain, send them a support ticket naming your request and the specific domain.
