How can I track my package?
Once an order has shipped out, they will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your Tracking Number. To check the status of your package, please click on the link and it will redirect you to UPS, DHL or other shipping vendor’s website. This function allows you to track your package using the tracking code provided in the email.
How can I cancel my order?
Most of their products can be cancelled up until they are shipped for a full refund. If your order status is Draft or Pending, you can easily delete/cancel your order by yourself. If your order status is “Processing”, you can select “cancel this order” to cancel your order. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
What is the cancellation policy?
For all products excluding Made-To-Measure items, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped.
For Made-To-Measure products:
* Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
* Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 50% of the product price.
* Made-To-Measure products that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.
Have you received my returned items?
When returning an item, they recommend using your local postal service that provides tracking information and a Customs form, instead of a courier agency such as UPS, DHL or FedEx.
Once they’ve received your package, they will begin processing your return, which may take up to 3-5 business days. When processing is completed, they will contact you and issue your refund.
