If you receive an order with missing, wrong, lost or damaged items, you can contact Customer Service and they’ll be happy to assist you.
Why did I only receive part of my orders?
If you have ordered different products, different production schedules for different product types results in different products being finished at different times, they know how important your orders are, so they aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, the first item(s) to be finished is the first to be shipped out.
What is the return policy?
* All items must be returned in brand new condition with their original manufacturer’s packaging, so they recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 5 days after purchase. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, they will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.
* For mis -shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, they will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.
* If they shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, they’re sorry. Jatoya will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable.
* If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, they will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in “as-new” condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item.
* When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card or an email gift certificate (store credit) for the merchandise only.
