Items must then be returned to them within fourteen days of receipt of the item. All items returned must be unworn and in their original condition, including swing tags and packaging. They are unable to credit any items that are worn, soiled or damaged.
The cost of all returns must be covered by yourself. They would suggest opting for any insurance and/or proof of delivery options that may be available to you. Infaant is unable to accept any responsibility for any packages sent until received at their registered address.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Infaant immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that they can evaluate the issue and fix it.
Infaant has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and a further 7 days to return the item(s) to them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number that can be found on your Order Confirmation received at the time of purchase.
