If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return unopened goods to Ilumaé within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. Unfortunately, they cannot issue a change-of-mind refund for any goods that have been opened.
In the rare event that you receive a product that is in some way defective, please email customercare@ilumae.com.au or contact their customer service team and they will assist you. Once your return is approved they will email you a paid return shipping label to send the product back to their team. Once they receive the product they will issue you a refund within 24 hours to your original payment method.
