Where is my order?
Once your parcel has left their warehouse you will receive an e-mail with shipping information. Depending on the shipping alternative you have selected, the parcel will be delivered to your home address or to your nearest pickup point. Please note that the postal service can choose to deliver the parcel to the nearest pick-up point.
In the confirmation e-mail, you will find all relevant information regarding your parcel and how to track it. If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours after your purchase, please check your junk mail and contact their customer service if you did not receive it.

They know you need your products fast! As soon as you have placed the order, they are on it. Unfortunately, this means they will be unable to make any cancellations as it is already being processed at the warehouse (usually within seconds).

How long does it take to get the refund?

After they have approved the return, it usually takes 1-5 business days for the money to be refunded to your account. The money automatically goes back to the account used for payment. If you paid with a gift card, the money will be refunded to the gift card.
