CloneDVD accepts VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover Card, American Express, Diners Club, Giro Pay, Ali Pay, and PayPal.
What is “Extended Download Service”?
The Extended Download Service is an optional service offered by the payment processor (SWREG) at an additional cost. Once you purchase this service, you’ll be entitled to 2-year re-download service for the very version of the product you purchased, which means the service provider will keep a backup copy of the current version of the product you purchased and allows you to download it from the link given to you at any time.
When will I receive my product?
As soon as your payment is received, an Order Confirmation Email (Order Receipt) will be sent to you immediately with your license code and software download link (Please allow up to 1 hour for email delivery).
You can download the latest trial version from the download section and use your license code to unlock it. If you have specifically ordered a backup CD (additional cost US$9.95), the delivery time for the CD is the following:
USA: maximum of 7 business days
Europe: 9 business days
Rest of World: 21 business days
What is your refund policy?
The possible reasons might be:
* Refund will be processed up to 30 days after the initial purchase.
* Refund requests should be sent to support@clonedvd.net
* With your order ID. Please include an explanation for the refund.
I lost my license code, what should I do?
Please send them your order ID and email address used to register with the license code at support@clonedvd.net. Their support staff will retrieve your license code for you within 24 hours.
