How can I make changes or cancel my order?
Please contact them immediately with your name, order number, and what you’d like to change. Once your order starts processing, they can’t make any changes.
Has my order shipped?
Once an order is placed, it typically takes 1 business day to process. Their shipping time cut off is 12pm EST and we ship orders on business days only. They will send you an email as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking information. You can also track your order status by signing into your account or by clicking here.
An item is missing or damaged in my shipment?
Please first reconfirm the contents of your order by looking at your order confirmation email that they sent out. If you're really missing an item, contact them with your name and order information and they will work to rectify the issue quickly. If something in your package is damaged, please contact them and provide images of the item you received.
What is your return policy?

They know what it’s like to be a student on a tight budget. If you’re not happy with something, they were not happy so please let them know and they will make it right.
*For unopened items: They want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. You can return any items within 30 days from the delivery date as long as it’s unopened and still in sellable condition for a full refund or exchange. They will refund the value of your returned items less the shipping costs to the original form of payment used for the purchase. When will my credit appear after I return an item?
Once your return is processed, they will send you a confirmation email. Please allow up to 2-7 business days for the credit to appear back to the original form of payment.b
