Once you book a ticket, it needs to be approved. This might take up to 24 hours, but once it is approved you will receive your ticket in your inbox. If the ticket is declined, then you will be fully refunded.
It usually takes from 7 - 10 working days to see the refund in your account depending on your bank. If it has been less than that you should wait a few more days.
