What is your shipping time?
The indicated shipping times are indicative. The company B.EASE undertakes to deliver the goods or perform the service without undue delay and no later than thirty days after the order.
What is your guarantee?
All B.EASE products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided for by articles 1641 and following the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance with a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
What is your exchange and return policy?
If you prefer another size, you can request it when making the return. To do this, tell B.EASE by email at firstname.lastname@example.org the item you want to exchange and the new size. If this size is no longer available, they will refund the amount of that garment. If you prefer to exchange your garment for another model or color, you will need to return the item in question and place a new order. Personalized clothing and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
