How can I check the status of an order?

I just placed my order. When will it ship?
Orders received by 1:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, will normally be processed and shipped the same day based on availability. If your order is received after 1:00 PM, shipment occurs the following business day for in-stock items. Due to constantly fluctuating stock levels, they regret they are not able to update their website to reflect the current availability of items. If you have ordered an item that is not in stock, the item(s) will be back-ordered and shipped as soon as they become available. All backorders are shipped standard.
Does BeachCandy ship internationally?
Yes of course! If you have trouble ordering internationally, please don’t hesitate to reach them at sales@beachcandyswimwear.com.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return/exchange package is received at the BeachCandy Return Center, the products must be inspected. Once all products are inspected and everything is in good condition, your return will be processed. They request that you allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear in your bank account.

How do I return or exchange a suit?
It is very important to them that you love your merchandise. If you have any issues, need a different size, or would like to simply return an item, please reach out to them at sales@beachcandyswimwear.com and they will be in touch with instructions regarding your specific needs immediately. *It should be noted that custom orders are non-refundable.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the package being received. All original tags must be attached and sanitary liners must be in place on all bottoms. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the delivery date will be credited to the original method of payment (unless otherwise stated on the return form). Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All merchandise returned to BeachCandy is thoroughly inspected. All suits considered soiled, worn, or damaged will be shipped back to you, as they can no longer re-sell the merchandise. You will be charged to cover the shipping fees of any soiled, worn, or damaged suit(s) that is sent back to you.
