ZEN Rooms accepts all of the major Credit/Debit Cards, Online Banking, and Pay At Hotel.
Can I book my stay from any country?
Yes, with ZEN Rooms you can easily book your stay from any country.
Can I move my booking to a future date?
You may move your booking to a future date depending on your booking policy, conditions, and hotel availability. If the price of the new dates is higher, the difference will have to be paid to successfully postpone the booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Depending on the conditions of your booking (hotel location, check-in/out the date, booking date, rate plan, etc.) you may be allowed to cancel your booking.
Can I cancel my refundable booking after a time period of 48 hours?
Unfortunately no, if you are cancelling or modifying less than 48 hours before check-in, ZEN Rooms will charge 1 night per booked room.
