All orders are delivered via Royal Mail. Once payment has been processed, we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days. STANDARD DELIVERY We currently charge £4.99 for their standard delivery. We offer Free Delivery if you spend £50 or more. Depending on your location, standard delivery may take between 2-5 business days from when the order is processed. If you place the order after 1pm, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day. EXPRESS DELIVERY They currently charge £8.99 for Next Day Delivery. If their tracking system indicates your items have been delivered safely, they unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
