Teachers Pay Teachers accepts all major Debit/Credit cards and PayPal.

First, determine what file type you're having trouble printing. If it's a ZIP file, you'll need to uncompress the file first before you can print the components. Here's how you can open a Zip file.

If the file is a PDF, especially a PDF with a lot of graphics, it may look fine on your screen, but may not print out correctly. If you’re having trouble printing a PDF, please be sure that you're opening the PDF with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Once this application is downloaded and installed to your computer:

• Open the PDF file with Adobe Acrobat Reader

• Click "Print"

• In the “Page Sizing & Handling” section, select “Shrink Oversized Pages” if needed

• Click on "Advanced"

• Check the "Print as Image" box

• Print the document

If you’re prompted for a password while trying to open or print a PDF, first, make sure any ZIP files that it’s contained in are completely extracted.

This issue also happens when PDFs are opened in programs other than Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. To resolve the problem, you can open the PDF with the latest Adobe Reader instead, which can be downloaded for free here:

It's important to note that you should open Adobe Reader first and then select the resource you wish to view from within Adobe Reader. To do this, open Adobe Reader and click File--> Open to select the resource from your computer. Just clicking on the PDF alone may still open the PDF in a default program.

First things first: Make sure the file you want to open has been downloaded completely. Large files vary in how long they take to download, depending on the size of the file and the speed of your internet connection. Bundles in particular often consist of large ZIP files that may take longer to download.

Also, if you’re using a school computer, it’s worth remembering that some schools have downloading restrictions. If you're having problems opening a file at school, you should contact a network administrator or attempt to download and open the file from your home computer.

If your file has finished downloading, but still won't open, the next steps depend on the kind of file it is and on your computer and software.

If you’re having trouble opening a bundle you purchased, first, they recommend checking out their instructions for how to open a ZIP file linked. If you’ve tried unzipping the files and are getting an error message, try downloading the files individually from your “My Purchases” page or the product page of the bundle instead of downloading the whole bundle.

To download the individual resources from your “My Purchases” page, simply locate the bundle resource and click on “Download” by the individual resources listed in the Bundle; this will download that particular resource.

At TPT, the resources you purchase are delivered electronically. Unlike a t-shirt or a book, you can't (really) return a PDF, Word Document, or other file after it's been downloaded or accessed. For that reason, all sales on TPT of digital resources are considered final and nonrefundable.

They get though that things don't always go as planned and so they can offer refunds in a few limited circumstances. If you've never downloaded or digitally accessed the resource, or if your purchase falls into one of the following exceptions listed below, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within one year of your purchase, and are granted on a case-by-case basis.
