Your subscription should have been automatically activated when you completed your purchase. If you previously used a trial version, and that expired trial is keeping you from opening the software, it is possible that the trial was registered using a different email address than the one associated with your order. To correct that, please follow the steps below:

Windows

*Make sure the software is closed, including any registration windows

*Press and hold Shift + the Windows key and launch the software

*In the login window that appears, enter the login information associated with your purchase

Mac OS X

*Make sure the software is closed, including any registration windows

*Press and hold Shift + Cmd and launch the software

*In the login window that appears, enter the login information associated with your purchase

*After these steps have been completed, the software should activate correctly, and you should be able to use it again.

Perhaps the easiest place to begin installing our applications is on our Updates page. There, you can download the latest installer build for almost every product. Installers for Mac will be .dmg files, whereas Windows installers will be .exe files. The previous build for each application will be available to download on that page, as well, but we recommend using the latest updates whenever possible. Click the Download button to start the download process. If you are given an option to “Save” or “Run” the file, we recommend choosing “Save.” After the download has finished, navigate to its download location and run the installer. Follow the installation steps until the process is complete. Then, you can navigate to the application launcher to start the program. After launching the program, you will likely need to register the software. You can reinstall the application as many times as you like, as long as the product is being used according to the EULA.

Sony Software has recently consolidated the support and communication web portal known as Pro Services with the Sony Creative Software Customer Help Center (www.custcenter.com). This effort will provide us with a more streamlined way of communicating with their customer groups. To access the new area, all you do is log into a Sony Creative Software (SCS) My Account login. If you do not have a current My Account log in with SCS, you can create one quickly by using the Sign-Up option above. If you already have an SCS My Account, please log in and select the Disc Authoring product that you have licenses for. If your Service Level Agreement or support contract is valid, you will have access to the same options as before. Most of the time, the confirmation email we sent after your payment was processed will contain a link to cancel or manage your subscription settings.  If you don’t have that email, please check your spam or junk mail or try our easy-to-use Purchase Lookup tool to have it sent again.
