*Free Standard Shipping (for deliveries to US 48 continental states) with the use of coupon code FREESHIP (cannot be combined with other offers).
*International Shipping (Please read their International policy below).
Please note: They do not accept any customer’s own shipping account (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS or any other company) for any order.
*Pink Basis offers a 30 days return policy (from the date of receipt) for store credit only. They do not offer free returns at this time and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For proper processing of your return package, please make sure to have your Return Authorization Number (RMA number) visible on the outside of the shipping package (see below for return procedures).
*They will reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/ manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.
*They are not responsible for return shipping costs if the package is returned to their facility due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if the customer refused to accept the package. Store credit of the returned items will be issued and they will reserve the right to deduct any related return fee imposed by the shipping carrier.
*They will be fully responsible for direct Manufacturer product defects or if a wrong product was mailed to the customer; return shipping cost will be reimbursed or a return label will be provided (see below for return procedure for details).
*Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items returned to them without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. They do not accept back items worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which show signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, dirtied soles) will be refused and sent back to the sender. No exceptions will be made.
Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing your request to support@PinkBasis.com. In the email please include 1/ order number 2/ items requesting to be returned and 3/ reason for return. When you have received your RMA number, please write the number visibly on the outside of the shipping package. Their return address is 13001 E. Temple Ave., City of Industry CA 91746.
To cancel your order, please contact them at 855-264-9327 from Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 4:00 pm PST) for further assistance. Please note on special order items: If your order is processed, request for cancellation may not be guaranteed. They do NOT accept cancellation via email or messages (due to the response time required and the possibility of miscommunication). The cancellation of an order must be confirmed and verified by calling us directly at 855-264-9327. A cancellation fee of 20% may be imposed on any special order items.
