Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. Paper Lantern Store ships Internationally.
What is your duties and taxes policy?
Duties/Taxes and brokerage charges (if applicable) are billed to addressed recipient or receiver of goods upon delivery of goods. Duties are calculated during the time of import to your country. Shipping/Transit times do not include processing time, Duties/Taxes or possible brokerage charges (if applicable).
Can I exchange the item?
If you need a different colour, size or style, Paper Lantern Store recommend that you place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) first and then return the item(s) you have already received due to possible out of stock situations. This will also ensure stock and the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). All appropriate policies apply to all returned items.
What if I received damaged item?
Unfortunately, items may sometimes get damaged in transit so they must be notified of any damaged items within 5 business days of the receipt of your order. Paper Lantern Store will be unable to accept returns for any damaged items if they are not notified within this 5 business day damage period.
What is your refund policy?
A refund will be issued, excluding shipping charges (if any) and/or additional rush handling fees, within 3 business days of receiving your returned order. Refunds are issued against the original payment method you used for the order. Paper Lantern Store recommend that if you pay using a gift card, do not discard your gift card. If they are unable to issue a refund back to the original payment method, store credit will be issued for future use on your PaperLanternStore.com account.
