What is Pai Skincare payment method?
Pai Skincare accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and PayPal.
Why can’t I find my country when placing my order?
Pai Skincare is available globally and they ship to almost all countries. If you can’t find your country listed once you reach checkout, you may be on the wrong site for your region.
You can check which region you are on by scrolling to the bottom of the page. You should then find your country listed under ‘Shipping Address’ at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders sent via standard delivery are dispatched within 1-2 working days*.
If you have upgraded to express delivery, they will send your order the same day as long as it has been placed before the cut off time.
The time it takes to receive your order once it has been sent will vary based on your country and method of shipping.
Can I make a change to the products I’ve ordered?
If your order has not yet been dispatched and you no longer require one of the products you have ordered then they can remove this for you*. Please contact their Customer Experience Team as soon as possible.
If you have already received your dispatch notification email, they won’t be able to make any changes but you can return the unwanted product back to us under our 90 Day Returns Policy.
Unfortunately, they cannot add additional products or swap existing products for something else. You will need to place a separate order.\
What if an item is missing from my order?
Oh no! Please get in touch with their Customer Experience Team who can put this right for you and send the missing product straight away.
I’ve received a damaged/ faulty product, what should I do?
They are more than happy to replace any products which have arrived damaged or faulty. To arrange this, please fill out their online returns form.
Unless advised otherwise, they would really appreciate it if you could return the faulty product back to us for further testing. Please label the product ‘faulty’ somewhere on the packaging so they know to separate it out and take a closer look.
Once you have completed the form, details on how to send the products back to them will be emailed to you shortly after.
If you bought your products from one of their stockists, please contact them first to arrange your replacement.
When will I receive my refund?
Please send them a copy of your postage receipt one you have sent the product back to them and they will process your refund straight away.
Otherwise, they’ll wait until the product has physically arrived back with them and they will process your refund upon receiving it. This usually takes between 1-2 working days.
They will send you an email notification once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank, refunds can take between 3-5 working days to appear back in your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days of the refund being processed, please let their Customer Experience Team know.
