Monday to Saturday: please place the order latest by 5:00 PM for same-day delivery.
Sunday: Please place the order latest by 3:00 PM for same-day delivery.
They currently offer three (3) delivery slots and they are:
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM - Order to be placed at least one (1) day in advance
1:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Order can be placed on the same day before 3:00 pm
6:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Order can be placed on the same day before 5 pm [Except Sunday]
If you provide them with incorrect delivery detail (For example Wrong address/contact/name) they cannot accept responsibility for the failed delivery. They will arrange to re-deliver but a re-delivery fee may be incurred.
They deliver the orders according to the timeslot that you've chosen.
Please note that they are unable to provide or promise an exact time of delivery but rest assured that their delivery routes will be planned with efficiency in mind.

Advance orders can be cancelled by 12PM one (1) the day before the intended delivery day and a full refund will be issued.
Same-day and on-demand orders are processed immediately, and cannot be cancelled. They will try to accommodate your requests (reschedule / etc.) as best as they can.
All refund will be in ONE (1) single discount voucher with 12 months validity from the issuance date.

To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should report your case within 24 hours upon delivery of your flowers and is subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by their Customer Support team. The flowers should also remain the same way as delivered. When filing your report, kindly provide them with your order number, several pictures of the defective product, and reasons why are you requesting a return or refund. In all other cases, it is the responsibility of the recipient to care for the flowers once it has been delivered. If a refund takes place, the refund process will take 3-7 working days.
