Once your order has been placed, and processed, you will receive an email stating that your order has been dispatched. This will contain your order ID number, the shipping method you have selected, and the items you have ordered. Please be aware that your order is subject to the shipping times that you’ve selected.

If you are unsure of the method of shipping you have selected for your order, you can view this on your order confirmation email which was sent to you right after your order was placed.

Deliveries can be made anytime between 8 am to 7 pm, however, their couriers do their best to deliver your parcels during a time that fits around your lifestyle. Due to covid-19 Australia post has advised that unless specified otherwise deliveries will be made ATL (authority to leave) meaning your delivery will be left in a safe place. If there is none, a card will be left which collection can be made at your nearest Australia post office.

They know that you might not be home to sign or collect your parcel and a signature may not always be required for delivery. If this is the case, the couriers may leave your parcel in a safe and secure mailbox or they will simply leave a calling card. The calling card will include details of your package, which will inform you that your parcel has been returned back to your local depot, upon which you will then be able to contact them to arrange collection or to reschedule a new delivery date.

They aim to get your orders out as quickly as possible, so once your order has been placed,  their customer support team will do it’s best to make any changes to your billing/delivery address or item(s) in your order.

Please note: customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned goods - except in the case of faulty goods or incorrect supply.

For items purchased at full price they will happily exchange, issue store credit or refund all full-price items within 30 days from the purchase date.

For items purchased on sale for items purchased on sale (including temporary markdowns, flash sales and use of promotional codes) they will happily issue an exchange or store credit within 30 days from the purchase date. This policy is conditional so please take the time to note that returned garments must be returned in their original sale condition (the garment must not have been worn, washed or altered). Swing tags must also be attached to be eligible for return.
