How do I make a Payment?
Happy Bunch has several payment methods available on their online store – credit/debit card, local online bank transfer, e-wallets such as GrabPay and Boost, and PayPal.
What if I’d like to cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, do drop them an email at [email protected]
with your order number. Depending on your order and delivery status, Happy Bunch will confirm with you whether the cancellation can be made. Orders that have already been prepared, picked up or are en route cannot be canceled. So, it’s preferable that you get in touch with them at least 24 hours before the delivery of your order.
What is the returns policy?
As flowers are highly perishable items, there will be no returns acceptable. Returns will only be made if the product arrives in very poor shape or form (more than 50% of flowers are wilted or dead).
Can I request specific delivery timing?
Happy Bunch is unable to cater to specific timing requests as their delivery partners follow a pre-planned optimized route that depends on the orders they have for the day. This model allows Happy Bunch to keep their service affordable.
