• For on-demand delivery, items will be delivered between 10 am-5 pm (kindly refer to the product page for an accurate time frame). For items shipped via courier service, delivery time by courier service will be 9 am-6 pm (Mon-Fri only) (for exceptional cases to deliver an item at a specific time, kindly chat with Giftr’s team for further assistance).
• For on-demand delivery items, the delivery person will call the recipient and if the recipient isn't around, vendors will leave the items where the recipient has instructed them to. However, if the recipient is not at the workplace or not answering the phone, they will leave with the reception/outside the house/neighbour (redelivery / redirecting to a new address requested is subject to additional surcharge determined by seller). Strictly no refund is possible if delivery fails to happen when the recipient is not around.
• For items shipped via courier, the courier service will leave with the reception and get the signature of the receiver of the parcel. If the reception/guard is not present or will not accept the parcel, they will leave a note and request the recipient to collect it at the post office stated in the note. (Please Note: Giftr / seller has no control over the protocols / delivery timeframe / delays by courier service company).
• Courier service is also not able to call to ensure the recipient is home before delivery according to their protocol. They are also not allowed to leave in the post box as certain residences/office does not allow unauthorised visitors to enter premises. If the item is left unattended in the post office for more than 7-10 days, it will be then returned to the vendor and a reattempt of delivery will require the purchaser to pay for redelivery fee as the courier will not refund the previous fee. All processes will follow courier service's normal protocol and Giftr hopes you understand they have no control over it
• For on-demand delivery items - unfortunately, there is no live tracking for door-to-door delivery as vendors will utilise their outsourced delivery company or an in-house delivery guy who does not have the tracking system like courier services. Once the item is delivered you will receive an email notification, however, kindly note that the time of the email sent to you may not be real-time as vendors await responses from their delivery person. For items shipped via courier - once the vendor ships out, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and you can begin tracking the following day.

• Orders can only be cancelled/refunded if the item is not yet in production or has not been prepared and not shipped out. An RM5 processing fee will be imposed for all cancellations due to changes in the decision.
• Strictly no refund/cancellation allowed 48 working hours before as items are made to order especially for you. If the item has been processed for you, no refund is possible. The vendor is strictly not responsible for delays caused by courier service. No refunds/cancellations can be made as the vendor has no control over the delivery times and period of courier service.
• Changes of delivery date/card message to order can only be made min. 48 hours in advance provided the item has not been processed.
• Any damages to the item: Perishable items (e.g. flowers, food items, balloons): damages must be flagged to Giftr team within 3 hours upon successful delivery. Replacements for flowers (as it's a highly perishable item), a replacement can only be given if the item arrives in poor shape (more than 50% of flowers wittered/dead). Non-perishable items (e.g. items sent via courier service): damages must be flagged to Giftr team within 24 hours upon successful delivery.
• If a gift is damaged during shipping, the vendor will be responsible to replace the same item. In the event an item is not available, Giftr will replace an item with a similar value from the same vendor. Refunds for local banks will be made within 3-5 working days and refunds to credit card / PayPal will take 7-14 working days.
