Please note that the status in ‘Online Request Tracking’ will be shown as “updating” if you change/add or remove card details during the billing cycle for recurring payments in progress. The status in ‘Online Request Tracking’ will turn to “completed” once the billing cycle for recurring payments has been completed.
myPortal is a secured, self-service portal that you can access anytime, anywhere on your mobile device or laptop including making a contribution payment for your certificate.
