Can I change or cancel my order?
Fossil is unable to change or cancel any orders once they have been placed due to expedient processing time at their warehouse. They recommend verifying all of your information before proceeding with your order.
How can I exchange an item from my order?
Fossil is committed to making your shopping experience a success and trusts that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if the product is faulty or significantly different to that described or if you simply changed your mind and are not 100% happy with your purchase, they are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange.
Can I return my order?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, they will accept returns up to 90 days from purchase for a full refund. Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required. Please note, personalized and customized orders are considered final sales and cannot be returned. Returns are free on all orders, however, the original shipping fee is nonrefundable.
I received the incorrect item(s) for my order. What should I do?
If the item(s) you receive is different than what you purchased, please return the item(s) using their supplied return label and place a new order for the correct item(s).
