If an experience a lower amount, a credit will be charged that can be used in future purchases. Otherwise, the difference will be paid.

How long do I have to carry out the experience?

You have 12 months from the date of purchase to carry out the experience you have acquired.

The emocionCheque is going to expire and I have not been able to do the experience yet, what can I do?

Get in touch with them before the EmocionCheque expires and they will tell you what you have to do to extend it for 6 more months by paying € 30 plus the price increase for the service. Please note that the EmocionCheque can only be extended 1 time and that it cannot be extended once it has expired.
