Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of their site. During signup, they will ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately, they cannot ship to your country at this time.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submit your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. They will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of their site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

The customer is responsible for sending back complete kits with everything received in original packaging and must be accompanied with original receipt. They will only accept returns and issue refunds for items that have been authorized and given an RMA. Orders approved for RMA must have tracking on the return shipment. They will refund your order upon receipt providing everything is returned as received. Items cannot be exchanged, only refunded. If they find your return was in working order you may be subject to a restocking fee. Be aware that the tamper-proof rings on Unicorn Type Bottles may be weak and can break off and/or come loose during shipping. EJuice Connect will not offer replacements due to broken tamper rings.
