To change details of your delivery address, remove items or cancel it completely please contact them with your order number as soon as possible. As they aim to get your order out as quick as possible.

For information on product availability, sizing enquiries or any other technical issue, please contact them between 9 am and 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday and 9 am to 4 pm on Saturday.
What is the Creative Options return policy?
Please note that goods should be returned to them within 14 days in a new unused condition. Please include a photocopy of the original invoice with a note or letter detailing the nature of the return and any actions you require them to take. Please ask your Post Office for a ‘Proof of Posting Certificate’ or similar document when returning any goods. If goods are faulty or if there is an error by Creative Options they will either offer a Returns Service for larger/heavier items or normally refund standard Royal Mail 2nd Class postage (they can obtain this information from the package itself). If you are not sure whether or not you are eligible for a refund of your return postage costs, please contact them. If you placed your order either by phone or their website they will refund the amount directly to the debit or credit card you used for your original purchase.
