What is the payment method?
Couverture & The Garbstore accepts all major Debit and Credit cards.
Can I track my order?
All orders are shipped using UPS, you will receive an automated UPS tracking number by email. These can, on occasion, get accidentally filtered to spam boxes.
Can I change my order once placed?
Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or Couverture & The Garbstore, to change it prior to dispatch. Please contact them if you have placed an order incorrectly and they will cancel the order, allowing you to re-order the correct items.
When will I know my order has been shipped?
As soon as you have received your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email from Couverture & The Garbstore with your DPD or UPS tracking number, you will know it has left their warehouse on this date.
What if my order is not correct?
In the rare occurrence of an error happening, Couverture & The Garbstore will do their utmost to rectify it as quickly and conveniently as possible. To help them process your query accurately please include your order number.
