Do I need an Internet connection to use Codecademy Go?
Codecademy recommend having an active Internet connection while using Codecademy Go. While you’re offline, Codecademy Go will work with content you have previously downloaded to your device.
Does Codecademy Go require a subscription?
While you can access some app content with a free Codecademy account, the majority of Codecademy Go practice and review requires a Codecademy Pro subscription.
How do I create and reassign accounts/seats?
* If you would like to add a single Team Member or an Account Manager seat to your plan.
* From the drop-down menu, select if you will be adding a Team member or an Account manager.
* Add the email address of the individual you are adding.
* Select “Invite Team Member”.
* Your team member will receive a welcome email with activation instructions.
* The account will stay under the Pending tab until the user activates the account, it will then move to the Active tab.
* If you would like to add multiple team members at once, view the options under Bulk Invite
* You will need to create a CSV file with the email addresses of the team members you would like to add.
* The first row must be a header, and email addresses should be placed in the first column. You may find a template here which you can download and edit. 10. Please make sure to save a CSV once completed.
* Upload your file and select “Bulk Invite”.
* Currently, the Bulk Invite Tool supports up to 100 new users in a single upload.
* All accounts will receive an activation email from Codecademy.

Do Account Managers have access to Codecademy for Business?
*One Account Manager will be provided full access to Codecademy for Business at no extra charge.
*An additional account (also referred to as a “seat” within the tool) has been provided to your plan for the Account Manager to use. For more information on this additional seat, please see the help centre article.

What happens when I delete a user from my plan?
* Once you delete a user, the user will be removed from your plan right away.
* This will free up a seat within your Team Account Management Portal and can be found under “Seats Remaining”. You are able to add another user to this seat once available.
* The user who has been removed will still be able to access their Codecademy account, however, the Pro status will have been revoked and returned back to a basic account.
