How many items can I purchase in a single order?
Orders are limited to eight items, up to a value of £600 (you are also restricted to ordering two items of the same style and color). If you have any problems with placing an order contact Customer Care on contact us page.
Can I track m order?
Yes. You can track your order by visiting Track Your Order page and entering your order number and delivery postcode. You can find these in your Order Confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you can also track your order through the carrier’s website by entering your tracking number. You can find this in your Dispatch Notification email.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
It’s not always possible to change or cancel an order once an order has been placed. However, if you decide you want to cancel within a few hours of placing the order please call them on 01458 899904. If your order has already been processed in their system you will need to follow their returns procedure to obtain a refund.
What should I do if my payment is refused when placing an order?
If your credit or debit card has been refused, you can re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.
Are delivery charges refunded if I return my order?
Charges are refunded if a product in the order is found to be faulty. Otherwise, they do not refund delivery charges when orders are returned.
Can I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange your order, they can do this at any of their Clarks Stores* within 30 days of receipt. Excludes Outlet, Factory Stores, Wholesale and Eire, or any other Clarks store outside the UK
Unfortunately, they are not able to process exchanges via their warehouse.
