What are the shipping methods?
Christy Ng ship domestically via DHL Ecommerce and Pos Laju and for International shipments, they ship via FedEx International Priority.
Can I make an exchange for my order?
Christy Ng exchanges within 15 working days for all domestic orders and within 30 working days for all international orders. Exchanges are only valid for sizing issues or manufacturer’s defect. All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will be made in the form of store credit. They will be based on the merchandise value on your invoice excluding shipping and other charges from your initial order. The refund will be credited into your Christy Ng account within 2 business days once it has been approved.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your item online. Kindly note that until the courier service updates their system with your tracking information, you might be unable to track your shipment. It may take 24 – 48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the online tracking system.
