CatchThatBus offers a variety of payment methods for your convenience such as Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard), Online Banking, PayPal, Boost, Instalment Payment.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind and want to cancel the ticket?
No cancellation or refund is allowed once the ticket is confirmed.
How do I request for my refund?
You will be eligible for a refund if you are unable to board your bus due to the fault of CatchThatBus or the bus operator and within the lines of the bus operator’s Terms & Conditions and CatchThatBus’s Refund Policy.

Do I need to print my bus tickets before boarding a bus?
This would be subject to the bus operator you have chosen to board. Instructions will be shown on the top of your e-ticket, indicating if there is a need to print your e-ticket or if you can board your bus by showing the e-ticket on your mobile phone.
Can I change the date and time of my trip?
Tickets sold are NOT changeable or refundable in any circumstances. CatchThatBus advise their customers to check the booking details before making payment. You may still email them at
