What is the payment method?
Base Childrenswear accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
Can I amend my order after I’ve placed it?
Base Childrenswear is really quick at packing your order up which means they can’t make any changes once you’ve placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or the payment method.
I’ve received a faulty item, what should I do?
If you receive a faulty item they want to hear from you straight away. Please contact them at customerservice@basefashion.co.uk.
I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?
Sometimes, they send orders out in separate parcels. If you are unsure whether your items have been sent separately please contact them at customerservice@basefashion.co.uk, or alternatively, use the contact form on their “Contact Us” page.
What is the return policy?
In the event that you are unhappy with any goods received, you may return the goods for a refund or for an exchange within 28 calendar days of the date of order. Please note that this refund and exchange policy is for online transactions only and does not cover store purchases. For sale items, this period reduces to 14 days from the point of delivery.
Do you refund delivery charges if I return something?
Delivery charges are not refunded if you have changed your mind. All refunds will be processed minus the delivery fee you paid when placing your order.
